Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga Teacher Training School provides a program that is thorough and defined. We feel that teaching yoga is a gift and the instructional staff strives to prepare each student to be the most qualified and prepared for this gift. Each of our instructional staff comes from different backgrounds and schools, so that together they are able to provide the most diversified yoga teacher training program in the area. Our mission is to provide each new instructor the basis to teach skillfully with kindness, safety, and integrity, while honoring his or her own true self and nature. Each student whether 200 or 300 hour participants will immerse themselves in the study and practice of yoga ~ on and off their mat. The study includes teaching techniques and methodology, anatomy and physiology, yogic philosophy, ethics, lifestyle, voice training, karma yoga, and successful teaching skills.
