Night Dreams Tysons Corner Virginia

Yes I got my free pretzel today. I didn't even have to wait in line like those suckers on the days when Ben and Jerry's have their free cone days. I've been a fan for a long time. Butter and salt and baked dough, what could be better? I love their hot buttery pretzels, but this time I chose the cinnamon sugar coated one. It was brunch time after all. The lady behind the counter was super nice. She asked what I wanted and she handed it to me with a smile. She didn't make me feel bad for being a moocher. I liked that! And I loved my 11:00 am pretzel. What a great way to start the day.

The pretzels are pretty good but the lemonade was ehh. For 7$ for a pretzel cup and a small lemonade id expect better. I had a Google offer for this restaurant but once I mentioned coupon the lady at the register just says "we don't accept internet coupons". Doesn't make much sense.

See, there is a dreamy confection that is the perfect combination of two red-blooded American sports park foods. The soft pretzel and the hot dog. So perfect is this combination that it screams to me every time I walk by Banana Republic and it's overpriced Gap clothing. So good is this breaded rod of cholesterol and saturated fat that our dear Auntie Anne couldn't sit still. She figured out how to make a great thing better - by offering a little cup of cheese sauce for just an additional $0.60. I love you Auntie Anne. If only we could get that genital wart aka Taco Bell Vienna to turn into a big Auntie Anne's...I would certainly have my late night dream meal!!

Be careful and check out the register amount if you get anything from the kiosk location that is across from the Ann Taylor store. It is the one near the escalator on the lower level. There is this little lady who incorrectly overcharges you. I think she is banking on the fact that most people don't look at their receipts for small pretzels and lemonade but I caught her twice doing it to me more than a year apart. What does that tell you? It means she is either careless or a petty thief. I have yet to report her to their management. It's the principle.
