The latest person to accuse Donald Trump of groping was well known in New Jersey as a yoga instructor for the stars before her accusations went public on Thursday.

Perhaps the most prominent client of Karena Virginia, a Rumson resident who is a native of Glen Rock, was superstar rocker Bruce Springsteen, whose praise for Virginia is posted on her website. Springsteen formerly lived in Rumson and Freehold and now lives in Colts Neck.

Virginia accused the GOP presidential nominee Thursday of touching her breast at a U.S. Open tennis match in New York City in 1998.

Virginia and her lawyer, Gloria Allred, a women's rights attorney, held a press conference in New York to discuss the incident, saying it happened after she was waiting for a car to pick her up from the U.S. Open in Queens when she passed Trump.

Virginia said she overheard Trump say to the men, "Hey, look at this one, we haven't seen her before. Look at those legs." "As though I was an object, rather than a person, " she said at the press conference.

Besides being a yoga instructor, Virginia is a married mother of two children, a motivational speaker and spiritual coach. She writes for The Huffington Post and was featured on "Veria Living" on Bravo TV.

She's listed as a teacher at Monmouth Beach Yoga & Fitness, which called her a "Master Kundalini" yoga instructor who "brings deep spiritual practices to the modern world in a very accessible and uplifting style."

"Karena is a member of Oprah Winfrey's Belief team, and her passion is to bring the technology of simple everyday healing to the masses, " according to the Monmouth Beach Yoga & Fitness website. "Karena is very accessible and loves to connect and share her heart in her community."

During her press conference, Virginia said Trump walked up to her at the U.S. Open, grabbed her arm, and then touched the "right inside" of her breast. "I was in shock, " Virginia said. "I flinched. 'Don't you know who I am? Don't you know who I am?' That's what he said to me."

Virginia said she saw Trump again about five years ago.

"This time, we were at a business setting and there were many people around. He looked me up and down a few times, " Virginia said. "This time, mixed in with the feelings of shame, I felt disgust."

Neither Virginia nor Allred responded to questions from Patch on Thursday and Friday. Virginia's assistant Sarah L. Lombard confirmed that she lived in Glen Rock and is a graduate of Glen Rock High School.

"In fact, many people advised me not to speak publicly about what Donald Trump did to me out of concern that I would also be attacked by him, " she added.

Trump campaign deputy spokeswoman Jessica Ditto released a statement that accused Allred, the attorney, of trying to pull a publicity stunt.

"Discredited political operative Gloria Allred, in another coordinated, publicity seeking attack with the Clinton campaign, will stop at nothing to smear Mr. Trump, " the statement said. "Give me a break. Voters are tired of these circus-like antics and reject these fictional stories and the clear efforts to benefit Hillary Clinton."
