The Fairfax County Park Authority no longer follows the closing schedule of public schools during inclement weather. Instead, the Park Authority will follow Fairfax County Government closures. Unless Fairfax County closes all county facilities, RECenters and other park facilities will remain open for general use. Classes, programs and events will go on as planned at Park Authority facilities unless otherwise noted by FCPA.
Park Authority RECenters - System-wide Sustainability Plan The project team will look at potential future operational and facility improvements that effectively and efficiently help to meet the indoor recreation needs of Fairfax County residents.
