Les Mill Choreographed Classes

BodyStep - The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.

BodyPump - The original Les Mills barbell class, will sculpt, shop tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! BodyPump is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

BodyFlow - The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

CXWORX - CXWORX is a short, sharp, intense, hugely effective 30-minute workout. It was designed by the Les Mills team with a carefully structured and scientific approach to ensure this unforgiving workout tightens and tones your body, improves your core strength and aids injury prevention.

Other Pre-choreographed Classes

Zumba - It’s like a party! Have fun with the choreographed routines that your instructor teaches with a flair of Latin, African, hip-hop and international styles all meshed into one FUN class!

Aerobic Classes

Lite-Low Impact - A low impact, lower intensity level class. Ideal for the mature adult participant, pre- or post- natal women, or someone just starting out.

Cardio Step – A freestyle step class that builds on its choreography throughout the entire hour, using a variety of moves and music to keep you motivated!

Cardio Blast- A fast paced, high energy 30 min Hi/Low aerobic class that incorporates short high intensity intervals to take you above your aerobic threshold, coupled with moderate level intensity moves. Think you can’t get a good cardio workout in 30 mins? Think again.

Yoga Classes

Yoga - A traditional yoga class using deep breathing techniques along with stretches and strengthening positions. A relaxation segment is included.

Power Yoga - More advanced than the traditional yoga class with deep breathing techniques along with stretches and strengthening positions.

Gentle Yoga - A great class for newcomers to yoga, slower paced with emphasis on stretching.

Restorative Yoga - A yoga class that focuses more on stretching and relaxing as opposed to strength. Using props such as bolsters and blocks and a blanket (if you choose) the instructor will guide you through the stretching yoga poses which you will hold for a longer time than in a traditional yoga class. It has an extended relaxation segment to further allow you to experience total relaxation.

Other Classes

Tai Chi - All Tai Chi classes will have the first 45 mins for beginners and the following 30 mins for advanced.

Absolute Core -Along with the abdominals it is just as important to work the low back and obliques, core training is one of the most important areas to strengthen, covering the entire midsection of the body – your core.

Pilates - A conditioning program that focuses on the core of the body (abdominal, back, and hips), performing movements designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved. Designed to improve balance, coordination and body awareness.

Healthy backs- A total body conditioning class with emphasis on strengthening your core, balance and flexibility. Hand weights, bands, stability balls and balance training implements are used. Great for newcomers as well as those needing to strengthen their core.

Stability Ball - A 30 minute class using the large stability ball- (ask your instructor what the best size would be for you!) A full body workout that will make you realize how important and useful this large ball can be!
