Square one Yoga Virginia

I believe there are three studios - Emeryville, Cerritos, and San Leandro. I've only been to the one in San Leandro, so I can only speak to that particular studio. I've been going on an off since they opened about a year and half (?)ago. The students are a very diverse group (different ages, and different levels) All the instructors are wonderful, bubbly, and very positive. I've been to my share of snobby yoga places, (probably because I lived in Los Angeles) and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. The vibe is very friendly and all the teachers seem to really enjoy what they do. Highly recommended!

I have been regularly attending an early morning class at Square One Yoga since I moved to the area. Some reasons I love this studio - the early morning class time (6:30), the ease of signing up for classes, always enough space in class, close proximity to my house, quality of teachers (esp. Amanda - I miss her!). Definitely check it out!

Great local studio! Such a wide and deep variety of teachers. Classes are offered at different times - early morning, midday, and then 3 evening times. So you can always find a classs that will fit into your schedule. Since they are all patching together livelihoods as yoga teachers, teachers will often leave for other jobs. Yet new teachers will start and they are just as awesome as the last! And the core of regulars - Missy, Vita, Jacqueline, Lauren, Neha - are all such high quality. It's a wonderful place that has literally saved my life!

Beautiful studio, caring and knowledgeable instructors. I signed up for the 30 days for 30$ and have loved every class I've been to.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that obviously work together and share practices that ultimately creates a common thread through many of the classes I've attended. I highly recommend this great spot!
