As part of our Yoga-Alliance approved RYT 500-hour program, an intensive in classic Astanga yoga from Patajanli's yoga sutras is required. .

Each course includes a Manual, DVD, and extends 0.3 ACE continuing education credits.

YogaFit has chosen the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as its premier provider of fitness certifications.

ACE is the only certifying body to offer four fitness certifications accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA):
(1) Group Exercise Instructor;
(2) Personal Trainer;
(3) Health Coach; and
(4) Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist.

An NCCA-accredited, ACE Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer Certification will:

• Improve your marketability and lead to new career opportunities as a Yoga Instructor (IHRSA, International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association, strongly urges health club owners to hire those professionals who hold at least one NCCA-accredited certification.)
• Increase your knowledge of the human body
• Boost your confidence as a fitness professional
