Morning Yoga An ongoing hatha style yoga class taught by Ann Waters. Join our morning yogis for an energetic yoga experience. A good way to start any day. This is a level 3 class (see level descriptions below).

Yoga Connected An ongoing hatha style yoga class that is taught by Cheran. Yoga Connected is about connecting the body, mind and soul by moving through different postures, combined with breathing and deep relaxation. This class is a level 2-3 (see level descriptions below).
Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm
Ageless YogisTM An ongoing yoga class for seniors, or anyone else who would like to increase flexibility, endurance and find balance in their bodies and mind. Basic yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and variations for postures that are challenging. We use blocks, straps and sometimes chairs to enhance the yoga experience. This class is level 1-2 (see level descriptions below). This class is taught by Glenda Wynne.

Centre'd w/Glenda This yoga class is a fusion of Yin & Gentle Hatha Yoga, with a little yoga philosophy thrown in to feed the soul. It is a perfect class for after work or a busy day at the lake. Come get Centre'd. This class is a low intensity level 2-3 (see level descriptions below).
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm
Restorative Yoga (twice a month) Restorative Yoga consists of passive yoga poses which are held for an extended period, supported by pillows, towels, blankets etc., and meant to encourage relaxation via the release of tension in the muscles and spine. We spend time in poses, listen to calming music, and enjoy the freedom of release. Bring your blanket, eye pillow and a willingness to RELAX! This class is a very low intensity all level class (see level descriptions below). This class is taught by Glenda Wynne.
Tuesday 5:30pm (FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH) & Thursday 5:30pm (THIRD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH).
Hatha Yoga An ongoing yoga class for level 1-2 students taught by Bobbi Winzler. This class will incorporate breath work and level I postures. Get back to the roots of your yoga practice or grow new ones (see level descriptions below).

This class is designed to strengthen your muscles, detoxify your body and fire up your spirit. The class is in a heated yoga studio, but is not a Bikram Yoga Class.
