I decided to start the group because I personally lost 80 pounds and wanted to share with others the joy of transforming your life: Physically, Intellectually, Emotionally and Spiritually.
PIES Fitness serves as a refuge from the stresses of the world while helping those that are in need. All fitness levels are welcome. Join us for Cardiovascular classes such as Kickboxing and Boot Camp; Specialty classes such as Zumba, Belly Dancing and Yoga classes such as Hot, Spiritual, DIVA, Morning, Wake-Up, Senior, Budokon and My Body Don't Bend That Way.
