*January, February and March sessions are part of Deepening Your Practice Immersion, which is a pre-requesite for this 200hr Teacher Training.

This robust training will give you the teaching skills, confidence, insight, inspiration and information to be a yoga teacher through:

• Instruction and Practice of Mindfulness & Lovingkindness meditation
• Anatomy for Yoga Teachers
• Restoring the Subtle Body
• Living the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali
• The Actions, Approach and Anatomy of Turning Upside Down
• Joining Heaven and Earth: Manifesting Your Vision

You will be required to read three books, attend 20 asana classes, observe 2 asana classes, complete 6 assisting sessions. Upon successful completion of all requirements and passing a written exam and a teaching exam you will receive a 200 hour OM yoga Teacher Training certificate.

Pay $500 deposit to hold your space, pay the remainder by January 10.

Tuition for Deepening Your Practice is $750.00. For 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, take Deepening Your Practice Immersion PLUS our Becoming a Yoga Teacher module for $ 2, 750.00 total.
