Program requirements are simple: an open space, such as conference rooms, employee lounges or multi-purpose rooms, a willingness to relax, have fun, and discover the joy of yoga! Classes are offered in 6-class and 12-class sessions and may be scheduled anytime from 6:30 a.m. To 8:30 p.m., for 60 minutes.

Yoga provides a release from work related stresses and improves concentration, relaxation and productivity. Today’s busy schedules leave little time to devote to personal fitness and well being. Create a tranquil space at work offers the convenience of bringing a yoga studio directly to you!
